Campus Evangelism

Servants of God, with their faces lighted up and shining with holy consecration, will hasten from place to place to proclaim the message from Heaven. By thousands of voices, all over the earth, the warning will be given. The Great Controversy p. 612.

Exciting things are happening on Ozark's campus this school year. Students in Mr. Timms' Sabbath school class are studying the three angels' messages in Revelation 14 and are currently doing a complete evangelistic series on Ozark's campus. The Sabbath school class is using a curriculum called Three Cosmic Messages by Sandra Doran which is based on the book Three Cosmic Messages - Earth's Final Conflict by Mark Finley. The course was designed for students to not just learn the three angels messages themselves but to learn how to teach them to others. Participating students are not only deepening their knowledge of the three angels’ messages, but they are learning skills in sermon preparation and delivery, audience awareness, use of illustrations, and how to make an appeal. The series is being done by students for students. The experience students are receiving in presenting the series on our campus is one of the steps designed to help prepare them to present these same topics via live-stream. During the 2023-2024 school year we are planning to live-stream this same series to young people in other churches and schools. Mr. Timms, Ozark's tenth, eleventh, and twelth grade religion teacher, said, he would like Ozark Adventist Academy to become the "tip of the spear" when it comes to youth evangelism in our conference.
